If you need to create more free storage on your iPhone, it might be better to offload apps than to delete them. Swipe left to delete apps from your App Store profile. This is a great way to get rid of apps that you don’t want to update. Swipe left on one of these apps to reveal a Delete button. Tap your profile icon from the top-right corner, then scroll down to view all the apps awaiting an update. You can also delete apps directly in the App Store. You should only do this if you’re confident you won’t lose any important data in the app. Removing an app from your Home Screen deletes it from your iPhone entirely.
